It has obviously been awhile since I have posted anything. Life has been good.

Playing guitar with the orchestra at First Baptist Church in downtown Dallas has been the biggest blessing in my life over the past year and a half.

I have quietly started my own solo album. Wish me luck as I have a lot of unfinished material to work with. I figure I have about four songs that are ninety five percent finished. The signature piece will be an Eric Johnson tribute song. It is almost finished.

I am slowly phasing out GeorgeBond.net. I will turn it into a blog down the road, and maybe use it
to post some old cartoons that I used to draw as a kid.

I have updated my calendar through October, and I hope to take a PHP/MySQL class at Collin County Community College in Plano in the Fall.

I am enjoying life living in Plano.

As I have said before, the social networking sites are cool, but owning your own web space and BUILDING YOUR OWN WEBSITE is its ultimate reward. You learn more. You DO more.

Not much else is going on. I am just playing my guitar and studying PHP and MySQL.

I am now in the house in Plano. It is a little bit more driving to get where I need to be, but it is well worth it. I am not a Starbuck's freak, but I think there are at least five of them within a two mile radius around here.

As soon as we get the music room ready, we will have "jam" nights here, hopefully without getting cited by the Plano Police. It's a quiet neighborhood around here.
